Bowling Green Police filed Saturday (May 16) for a felony theft warrant for a BG woman who allegedly stole $1,779 in items over 10 shoplifting incidents at Walmart.
After a reported theft at the store earlier this month, staff tracked the credit card used and looked up other transactions with the card. Video surveillance allegedly spotted the woman regularly under-scanning numerous items at a self-checkout between March 12 and May 9.
Items stolen, according to the surveillance, included food, alcohol, clothing, cleaning products, jewelry, beauty products, home decor items, a pregnancy test and sex toys.
