A Jerry City man was cited for menacing Tuesday (May 19) around 4:15 p.m., after a woman walking in the area of West Merry Street and North Main Street reported a man in a van pointing what she believed was a BB gun at her face. She then heard possible BBs hitting the ground near her.
The woman took a photo of the van’s license plate.
The father of the man told Bowling Green Police his son used a squirt gun to spray at the woman. The son reportedly admitted to police that he had squirted water at the pedestrian.
