Marlene L. Kramp passed away peacefully at home with family on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
She was born on February 16, 1959, to Billie D. Hines and Mildred E. (Wilhelm) Hines. She graduated from Bowling Green High School and also graduated from The Bowling Green Area School of Practical Nursing with honors.
Upon graduation Marlene was employed by the old Wood County Nursing Home, later renamed Wood Haven Health Care. She spent her entire career of thirty-five years at Wood Haven. Her greatest joy was providing professional care to the many clients she served down through the years. She also enjoyed cooking for her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband James, daughter Adriane, daughter Elizabeth, son Peter, daughter Jessica and numerous grandchildren.
Services will be private.
