From BOWLING GREEN HIGH SCHOOL
On Thursday, Oct. 8, the Bowling Green High School DECA students along with the BGHS volleyball program and BGHS Boosters are hosting an “Orange Out” volleyball game at BGHS. Organizers want to show their support for one of their own whose family is battling leukemia.
The “Volley for a Cure” game will bring together students, families, staff, players, and community members for an evening of volleyball, school spirit, and support. Attendees are encouraged to purchase an orange “We’ll Beat Leukemia Together” shirt for $15 or orange “Play for Hope” bracelets.
In addition to the volleyball game, there will be raffle baskets and 50/50 tickets. The proceeds of the event will go toward supporting the Bobcat family on their journey of fighting leukemia. Organizers invite the community to attend the “Volley for a Cure” event and help make a meaningful difference while enjoying an evening with family and friends.
