The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information on the death of a teenager that occurred 12 years ago today.
Kelly Norman Jr., 16, was struck by a vehicle while walking on Stearns Road near the intersection of England Road, west of Fostoria, in the early morning hours of Feb. 28, 2006. The driver of the vehicle has never been identified.
The sheriff’s office is asking that if anyone has any information about this incident, they contact the Wood County Sheriff’s Office and ask for Sgt. Rod Smith at 419-354-9682. Callers may remain anonymous if they wish.
