Marie M. Bressler, 92, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Friday September 13, 2019. She was born September 18, 1926 in Sandusky County to Ivro and Mabel (King) Duquette. She married Robert M. Bressler on September 6, 1947 and he preceded her in death October 13, 1993.
Marie was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary and a member of the American Legion for 30 years. She enjoyed bowling and was inducted into the Al-Mar Bowling Hall of Fame in 1994. She served as the crossing guard at Kenwood Elementary in Bowling Green for 13 years.
She is survived by her sons Barry L. Bressler (Ruth Ann), William R. Bressler (Judy), Rick L. Bressler (Shelly) and Kevin M. Bressler (Corrine). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 17, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 W. Wooster St. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday September 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Andrea Curry will officiate. Interment will follow at Wood County Memory Gardens in Bowling Green.
