Bowling Green Parks & Recreation is announcing the closure of all facilities until further notice. This includes restrooms, playgrounds, skatepark, in line rink, horseshoe pits and basketball courts. These closures are being made to protect the public, city staff and comply with the governor’s “Stay at Home” order.
All parks are still open for walking, hiking, running or biking. Spending time outdoors is a great way to stay active and healthy during the COVID19 pandemic. However it’s imperative that all guidelines from state and local health officials, such as social distancing and practicing good hygiene, are followed.
