Bowling Green Safety Director Lori Tretter has declared a snow emergency, enforcing the snow street parking restrictions for the City of Bowling Green effective at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 11. Cars must be moved off designated snow streets within two hours of this emergency declaration (by 3 p.m.) Cars not removed are subject to towing and/or citation.
