Findlay man arrested for domestic violence after allegedly punching woman several times

A Findlay man who said he came to Bowling Green to donate plasma, ended up in Wood County Jail after he reportedly assaulted a woman, smashed her phone, and was found to have an outstanding felony warrant in Hancock County.

Joshua Seek, 23, was arrested Saturday around 3 p.m., and charged with domestic violence, disrupting public services, and criminal damaging.

Police were called after a woman ran into a gas station in the 1600 block of East Wooster Street, and asked staff to call police. Police found Seek nearby, waiting for a ride in a pickup truck of another person donating plasma.

The woman, who had been waiting in the truck, told police that Seek had punched her in the stomach and head several times. When she told Seek she was going to call police, he allegedly took her phone, threw it in the parking lot, and broke it.
