Live Bowling Green State University hockey returns to WBGU-PBS as the Falcons take on The Ohio State University Buckeyes at 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26. Viewers can watch the game on-air (check your TV listing guide for channel number) or livestream at wbgu.org/live.
This is the first of two live hockey broadcasts to air on WBGU-PBS this season. The second will be in January 2025.
The game allows WBGU-PBS to offer sports and most importantly, local programming. “We’re hoping those who follow hockey, or even those who have never seen a game, will tune in to see this Ohio rivalry,” WBGU-PBS General Manager Tina Simon said. “We rarely air sports, so we’re hoping viewers will enjoy it. BGSU hockey always is exciting.”
