The alley between Baldwin Street and State Street, in Bowling Green, will be closed in both directions on Monday, Dec. 4, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., for a private tree removal. The date of this closure is subject to change and dependent on weather and the progress of work.
