Angels in Arms is hosting its annual Stars and Strikes Bowling Event with two shifts of bowling, 50/50 drawings, catered food, a bake sale and silent auctions.
The event is from 1 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 28 at Al-Mar Lanes, 1010 N. Main St., Bowling Green. Join friends, family or co-workers to form teams of five. The cost is $125 for a team of five, or individuals can register for $25, and teams can be formed on the day of the event.
Each participant will receive a Stars and Strikes T-shirt. Costumes are welcome but not required.

Angels in Arms is a local nonprofit 501(c)3 started by Shamp, a local veteran and group president Mark Shamp. The organization supports local law enforcement, first responders and veterans in need. In the past Angels in Arms has hosted food drives, holiday assistance, hygiene needs, groceries, car repairs and much more.
