From BOWLING GREEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has announced that, beginning Sept. 14, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, VisitBG Ohio, Downtown Bowling Green Special Improvement District, and Bowling Green Economic Development will begin operating from 248 S. Main St. in Bowling Green. Operations at the current location, 217 S. Church St., will cease today, Sept. 4, at the close of business. The Four Corners offices will be closed during the week of Sept. 7 while the organizations move.
This relocation is made possible in part by a $487,000 JobsOhio Vibrant Communities Grant, the awarding of which is thanks to the efforts, investment, and organization of Bowling Green Economic Development. The grant has helped transform the space at 248 S. Main St. into a center that Governor Mike DeWine called, “an integral part of Bowling Green [that will] spark job growth in the community.”
In addition to housing the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, VisitBG Ohio, Downtown Bowling Green Special Improvement District, and Bowling Green Economic Development, the new space will also house a coworking space that offers amenities like private offices, training and meeting rooms, and direct access to Four Corners staff for freelancers, local professionals, startups, and branch units. In celebration of the move, the Four Corners will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with details announced at a future date.
