Bowling Green Police cited a man for threatening a woman in the drive thru at a restaurant on North Main Street. Stephen S. Dunn, 53, of North Wintergarden Road, Bowling Green, was cited for menacing.
Police were dispatched to the restaurant Monday around 7:30 p.m., and given the license plate and description of the suspect’s vehicle. An officer saw the vehicle driving west on Poe Road and initiated a traffic stop.
Another officer went to the restaurant to talk with the victim, who was visibly upset about the situation, according to the police report. She told police that while waiting in the drive thru line, Dunn yelled at her to pull up farther. She ignored him, and then he reportedly threatened to “f—— kill you.” The woman’s 14-year-old daughter was in the vehicle and heard the threat as well, according to the police report.
