A Bowling Green runner has been cited for allegedly pooping in the parking lot of the City Administration Building … twice.
The initial defecation took place on Nov. 15, at 2:33 a.m., and with apparent regularity, the second number 2 happened on Nov. 18, at 2:32 a.m. Video from the city parking lot, at 305 N. Main St., was reviewed after a city employee stepped in one of the piles left between parked city vehicles.
The video footage reportedly shows the man running into the parking lot, going between city vehicles for about one minute, then taking off running again.
A BG Police officer recognized the man as a frequent night runner. The man, 71, initially denied doing the jobs. However, when police found other video footage that showed his face, the man reportedly said he sometimes has issues with needing to use the bathroom immediately.
He was cited for disorderly conduct/physically offensive condition.
