Bowling Green Police issued charges Sunday around 4 a.m. against a Toledo man for domestic violence and criminal damaging.
A warrant was requested for Princeton Williams, 32.
Police responded to an apartment in the 200 block of Napoleon Road for a woman who said Williams threw her to the ground in the living room. She also reported that he threw her cell phone against a brick wall outside the apartment three times, shattering the phone. Williams then allegedly threw a metal can at the woman, before leaving the scene.
The woman went to a neighbor’s apartment and called police. The woman reportedly stated that she had a temporary protection order in place against Williams in the past, but it was no longer in place.
