BG Tiny Gallery displays Pride-themed artwork for June exhibit

The June BG Tiny Gallery exhibit is on display in the gallery behind Grounds for Thought. This month’s theme is Pride.

Artists include:

  • Moss, a 14-year-old who loves expressing themselves through art. Their work is on the lower right panel (left and upper).
  • Abigail crocheted a blue and purple rug using a house mug rug pattern by Alexis Sixel.
  • @calcitecrane.bsky.social, is a multimedia artist specializing in whimsy and color. Their three pieces are on the lower left panel to the left.
  • Logan is a young, queer, multimedia artist in BG, whose work often centers around mushrooms. Their work is the right piece in the upper right panel.
  • Ash Anteau is a multimedia artist, birder, medievalist and cat lover. Watercolor work is in the top left panel.
  • @maevendara is new to the local art scene; her work includes media from painting to photography. Her painting is the left piece on the upper right panel.
  • Ivy Jones (he/it) is a multimedia storyteller whose primary creative mode is fabulist prose. Its mini zines are in the top center panel.
  • @thistle.and.berry is a local painter focused on favorite foods and favorite people. View their work on the lower left panel, right two pieces.
  • @roux_the_days is a local queer artist who loves to experiment in new mediums from oil and printmaking to 3D modeling. Their print is in the lower right panel plus they created the rainbow fiber flag and rug.
