The Bowling Green Police Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a possible suspect involved in the theft of jewelry from Waddington Jewelers, 139 S. Main St., on Thursday (9/5) morning.

As of mid-morning today (9/6), BGPD Lt. Ryan Tackett said the police still had no suspects for the theft.

Pictures from the store showing the possible suspect were turned over to BGPD after pearls were taken from the business. The store owners were busy tagging items to put outside for the Black Swamp Arts Festival this weekend when the theft reportedly occurred.

Anyone able to identify the person is asked to contact BGPD on the non-emergency line, 419-352-1131.
