In the first of planned weekly COVID-19 updates, Ben Batey, Bowling Green State University’s chief health officer, reported that the university has conducted 351 COVID-19 tests. Five of those tests were positive – a 1.5 percent prevalence rate.
Since March, four on-campus and 32 off-campus individuals have reported a positive test to BGSU.
The university is asking members of the campus community to conduct a self-wellness check every morning. To assist them in doing that the university launched a health app, #CampusClear, which on both Android and iOS.
