With less than a week to go before the Black Swamp Arts Festival begins, the event still needs volunteers.

Of particular need are:
- Volunteers to assist artists with load in 1-4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8
- Artist check in, 12:30-2:30 p.m. Friday.
- Artist set up, directing traffic and helping artists find their booths, Friday
- ID check and beer ticket sales on Friday and Saturday night
- Help with artist hospitality maintaining the artist lounge and giving artists a break throughout the day
- Merchandise sales on Saturday on both Main Street and the main festival space.
