From NORTHWESTERN WATER & SEWER DISTRICT
The Northwestern Water and Sewer District updated access to its the WaterShed at 12560 Middleton Pike and its facility during nearby roundabout construction.
WaterShed Closure
- The WaterShed at 12560 Middleton Pike will be closed from Monday, October 22, through November due to increased construction traffic.
- Customers are encouraged to use alternate WaterShed locations during this time.
Access to The District Office
- Driveway access to the Northwestern Water and Sewer District’s main office at 12560 Middleton Pike will be temporarily relocated to just west of its current location.
- Visitors will access the parking area through the main building grounds during regular business hours (weekdays from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm).
- No access will be available to the drop box after hours.

Payment Options
- Customers are encouraged to pay their District water and sewer bills online, by mail, by phone, or through automatic withdrawal during this phase of construction.
Visitors can access The District via eastbound SR 582 from SR 25 during the road closure. Access from the I-75/SR 582 interchange remains closed. For those coming from I-75, take the detour: I-75 to I-475 to SR 25.
Bulk Water Station
- The bulk water station at 12560 Middleton Pike will be closed from Monday, October 22, through spring of 2025 due to increased construction traffic.
- Customers are encouraged to use alternate bulk water locations during this time.
