An early Sunday morning fire destroyed a two-story duplex at 224 Troup Ave. occupied by four residents.
The Bowling Green Fire Division was called out at 4:12 a.m. and arrived to find the house fully involved, according to the Fire Division. The residents had already exited the building.
No one was injured. The Red Cross has been contacted to assist the residents.
Two engines, medic vehicle, and ladder truck responded with mutual aid provided by Central Joint and Mid County 120.
The structure was a two-unit duplex with one unit upstairs and one downstairs.
Firefighters believe there were two residents in each unit.
The state fire marshal was called in to determine the cause of the blaze.
The 1239-square-foot home, according to county auditors records, was built in 1913 and is owned by Jamie and Kasey Kuhlman of Pemberville.
