Area citizens will have an opportunity to meet with State Senator Randy Gardner, R-Bowling Green, this Saturday at a town hall forum in Bowling Green.
With several key weeks of senate session scheduled in December, Gardner will field questions and provide information on state issues beginning at 9 a.m. at the Wood County District Public Library.
“I’ve always believed being accessible and listening to constituents to be among my most important responsibilities,” Gardner said. “Even when there is disagreement, citizens deserve to be heard.”
Dozens of bills and amendments are being considered for action in December in the House and Senate. Gardner said that written testimony and letters are additionally helpful and citizens are encouraged to bring them to the forum.
The public is welcome and reservations are not required.
