Bowling Green’s Fourth Ward Council Member William Herald will hold his 58th Fourth Ward Quarterly meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m., in the Kiwanis Memorial Shelter, City Park, southwest of the new Veterans Building, 520 Conneaut Ave. City residents are welcome to attend for a general update and time for interaction. Refreshments will be provided.
