Kendra, currently a resident of the Wood County Dog Shelter, would love a home with someone to take her on daily walks.
She is about 2-3 years old, and is scheduled to be spayed and fully vaccinated. Kendra is an active dog, who does well with other dogs and loves everyone she meets, according to Wood County Chief Dog Warden Jodi Harding.
“She will jump up to greet you, but will settle down quickly,” Harding said.
The Wood County Dog Shelter is located at 1912 E. Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green, phone 419-354-9242.
The adoption fee for all shelter dogs is $89, which includes a $14 Wood County dog license, and $75 vet voucher toward spay/neuter and vaccines if needed. The hours for the shelter are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. The shelter is closed on Sundays.
