From CITY OF BOWLING GREEN

GoZERO Services, in partnership with Main Street Ace Hardware, 136 S. Main St., is offering a preorder opportunity for residents of Bowling Green. Compost made at Andre Farms – using materials collected from the Bowling Green food waste drop-off on Tarragon Drive – will be available for purchase online and pick up at Main Street Ace Hardware. This is an opportunity to close the loop and nourish gardens with compost the community helped create. Quantities are limited.

The compost is available for purchase online until Wednesday, April 1, and the bagged compost will be available for pick up on Saturday, May 2, from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. The compost is available in both 5-pound and 25-pound bags and must be purchased on GoZERO’s website at https://gozero.org/community-compost-pickup-point-program. Participants must bring proof of purchase to the pickup to claim their compost.

Delivery options are available for bulk compost purchases.
