The Wood County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call early Sunday morning about a shooting in the village of Custar.
When deputies responded at about 1:30 a.m., they found that two men were arguing and the man with the gun had shot himself in the thigh. According to Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn, the man was transported with non-life-threatening injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
