Bowling Green Police responded to a laundromat Monday (12/16) around 10 a.m. for a man reportedly passed out in the business. The man was found sleeping on a bench inside, and told police he is homeless.
The owner of the business asked that police make the man leave, and police advised the man if he returned to the laundromat for any purpose other than doing his laundry that he could be arrested.
Police were called back to the business around noon, when the man returned. He had reportedly been warned on previous days to not trespass at the laundromat.
The man, who appeared to be intoxicated, was arrested for criminal trespassing and taken to Wood County Jail.
