Following are some Ohio Department of Transportation road and bridge projects that are or will be affecting motorists in Wood County:
- Ohio 65, between Ohio 64 and Ohio 235, is closed for two culvert replacements through mid-August . A third culvert is being replaced north of the Waterville Bridge following the first closure, to begin in mid-August.
- Ohio 199, at Ohio 281 near Wayne, is closed for construction of a roundabout through late September.
- Ohio 582 at Pemberville Road will be closed for a bridge replacement beginning Aug. 21 through late September. The intersection of Route 582 and Pemberville Road will be closed, and motorists will be asked to take a detour.
- Route 582, between Ohio 25 and Route 65, will experience lane restrictions for microsurface treatment. The project is awaiting final striping.
- Ohio 795, between Interstate 75 and Ottawa County, will experience land restrictions for resurfacing through mid-August. Work is planned to occur primarily overnight, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weeknights.
