Painting pumpkins program returns spooky spirit to library

Families got into the spooky spirit at the library on Friday afternoon with the Pumpkin Painting program that was made possible by The Pumpkin Peddler. The Director of Youth Services at WCDPL, Maria Simon, discusses the return of the program.
