Sections of local roads including Napoleon, Gypsy Lane, Campbell Hill, Bishop, and Liberty Hi will be paved over the next several weeks.
The first portion of this project is set to begin Sept. 12 with the milling and paving of Napoleon Road from Dirlam Road to the roundabout on Campbell Hill Road. Gypsy Lane Road, beginning east of the railroad tracks, to Interstate 75 will follow.
One lane of traffic will be maintained throughout the project and construction flaggers will assist the traveling public around the work zone.
This work will occur in phases so that all roads are not impacted at one time. Once the area of Napoleon, Gypsy Lane, and Campbell is complete, crews will move on to Bishop and Liberty Hi roads.
This is a joint project with the Wood County Engineer’s Office and the City of Bowling Green.
