Rebecca J Repasz “Becky”, 65, of Bradner, Ohio passed away on January, 26, 2025. She was born on May 1, 1959 to the late Kenneth and Maxine (Spoores) Repasz in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Becky is survived by her brothers, Rod Repasz and Robert (Diana) Repasz; sister-in-law Linda Repasz; niece, Heather (Josh) Redford; nephew, Robert (Melissa) Repasz; (4) great-nieces and nephews: Blake (Autumn), Kaitlynne, Kendra, and Kenny; and a great-great niece and great-great nephew: Willow and Kyle. Becky was a twin to Rod.
Growing up in Bradner, Becky delivered the Bowling Green newspaper and enjoyed mowing yards, shoveling snow and helping others. She looked forward to the days when her dad would take them fishing to the Grand Rapids Dam. She also liked sledding down “suicide hill” by the cemetery.
Becky worked at Edgewood Inn, Ball Plastics, Style Crest Products and Norton Manufacturing before working in the environmental services department at Bowling Green Manor. At BG Manor she received the employee of the month award. She served as Vice President for the Portage Center Arbor, and was involved with Gleaner Life Insurance where she also received a handful of awards.
Becky wanted to say thank you to all the doctors from Wood County and the Cleveland Clinic who helped her through her cancer treatments. Thanks to all family and friends who took her to treatments, and were by her side during surgery. Thanks for all the prayers that were said for her. Thanks to the special angel. Last, a special thanks to each and every one.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth and Maxine; brother Russel; and great-niece Kassandra Redford.
Becky loved The Ohio State Buckeye football team, and asked that everyone attending her visitation and funeral to wear OSU or their favorite teams’ apparel.
Visitation for Becky will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, 1460 W Wooster Street, Bowling Green. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:00 at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Graham Cemetery, Wayne, Ohio.
