The Black Swamp Arts Festival returns to downtown Bowling Green Sept. 10 through Sept. 12. The community celebration with art shows, musical performances, teen activities, youth arts, and food and drink concessions opens Friday at 5 p.m. and continues through Sunday at 5 p.m.
