Terry Lee Marland, age 77, passed away July 28th at Heritage Corner Health Care Campus under the care of the wonderful aides at Heritage as well as Buckeye Hospice and Palliative care in Bowling Green, Ohio.
She was born May 11, 1949, to the late Jack and Betty (Cessna) Marland in Cumberland, Maryland.
She was a 1967 graduate of Harvey H. Lowrey High School in Dearborn, Michigan.
Terry enjoyed being in the service industry and worked for several years at the K-Mart Café, working her way to the position of Food Manager.
Terry enjoyed spending time with her friends, especially when they played board games or cards. She loved to play bingo and played for years at St. Benedict Elementary School in Toledo. She was a member and regular attendee of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school for several years. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and never missed a televised game.
Terry was preceded in death by her children, Harry Suarez, Jr. and Sandra Cline; siblings: Patricia Hamad and Michael Marland.
Terry is survived by her sister: Denise (Scott) Kisabeth, sister-in law, Terry Marland, grandchildren: Brody Harrison-Christopher Cline, Macy Elizabeth Cline, step -granddaughter, Kennedy Cline and great-grandsons Greyson and Laken. Her nieces: Joyce Marland, Jennifer Kisabeth and nephews: Kevin Raudebaugh and Matthew Kisabeth.
A celebration of life service will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church located at 315 S. College Dr. Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, on Saturday September 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home located in the Historical District of Bowling Green, Ohio at 408 W. Wooster st. Bowling Green, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church or Buckeye Hospice and Palliative care in Bowling Green, Ohio.
