Tickets are now available for the Bowling Green Rotary Club’s annual fundraiser scheduled for Friday, June 20, at the Home and Garden Building in the Wood County Fairgrounds. This year’s event offers a night of music, dining, and community spirit, all in support of local charities.
The schedule is:
- 6-7 p.m.: Fleetwood Mac & Cheese Gourmet Dinner Buffet
- 7-10 p.m.: Concert by Rumours, Ohio’s Tribute to Fleetwood Mac
The event is casual
Dubbed a “funraiser,” the evening will feature a tribute to the legendary band Fleetwood Mac by the acclaimed six-piece band Rumours, known for their authentic renditions of Fleetwood Mac’s greatest hits.
Guests will also enjoy a gourmet Fleetwood Mac & Cheese Dinner Buffet, crafted by Bowling Green’s favorite Call of the Canyon restaurant, along with a variety of beverages, from soft drinks to cocktails.
“We’re excited to bring the community together for this unique event,” said Steve Conlin, president of Rotary. “As a service club, we are proud to support local organizations like food pantries, youth programs, and civic initiatives. But as you might expect, their needs are ongoing, and this event is a fun way to raise money to give back and make a meaningful difference.”
Rumours, Ohio’s premier Fleetwood Mac tribute band, has been performing for over 28 years and is renowned for their faithful recreations of the band’s iconic sound. In addition to their performance, the band will share behind-the-scenes stories about Fleetwood Mac’s history and their journey as tribute artists, making for an unforgettable evening of music and nostalgia. https://rumoursband.us/home
