Two people were injured this morning (Thursday) at 6:47, in a two-vehicle crash at Ohio 235 and Ohio 281, southwest of Bowling Green. The accident is under investigation by the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
Daisy L. Wright was driving a Chevy Cavalier northbound on Route 235, when she approached the intersection and was struck by a Kia, driven by Ricky E. Hull, that was traveling eastbound on Route 281, according to the sheriff’s office. Wright was transported to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo by Life Flight. Hull was transported to Wood County Hospital by Northwest 190 EMS.
Assisting at the scene were Milton Township Fire District, Weston EMS, Northwest 190 and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
