Wood County Park District Board has narrowed down its applicants for park district director to the final four candidates.
The park district received 26 applications for the director position being opened when Neil Munger retires from the position in February.
Selected for interviews were four final candidates. They are:
- Vincent Billow, manager of park operations at Franklin County Metroparks, Ohio.
- Benjamin Richard, park manager at Chippokes Plantation State Park, Virginia.
- Eric Scott, stewardship coordinator at Wood County Park District.
- Christopher Smalley, regional manager of operations, park services supervisor at Metroparks Toledo.
Munger has been employed by the Wood County Park District for 30 years, the last 20 as director.
