Wood County has reported 239 new COVID cases, 5 more deaths, and 10 more hospitalizations since Monday, according to today’s report from the Wood County Health Department.
That brings the total for the county to 18,382 cases, 268 deaths, and 826 hospitalizations from COVID.
Wood County is seeing an average of 60 new COVID cases each day, and is now at 284 COVID cases per 100,000 residents, keeping the county in the high transmission range.
During the last two weeks, the 546 new COVID cases in the county broken down into ZIP Code areas show that all areas of the county are affected. The highest number of cases in the last two weeks were reported in Perrysburg, 201; Bowling Green, 105; Northwood, 41; Walbridge, 27; Pemberville, 23; Rossford, 20; North Baltimore, 19; Millbury, 17; Fostoria, 14; and Luckey, 14.
Several schools in the county have reported recent cases of COVID. The report issued Nov. 12 gave an update of cases, including:

- Lake, 5 students, 5 staff.
- Northwood, 1 student, 0 staff.
- Otsego, 5 students, 0 staff.
- Perrysburg, 23 students, 1 staff.
- Rossford, 3 students, 0 staff.
- St. Louis, 3 students, 0 staff.
- St. Rose School, 1 student, 0 staff.
- Westside Montessori in Perrysburg, 1 student, 0 staff.
