The Wood County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single-vehicle rollover crash today at 9:18 a.m., involving a paratransit bus.
The bus, owned by the transport company Riverview Industries, was operated by Phaedra Knepper, 51. The bus was reportedly northbound on Caskie Road east of Bowling Green, approaching Kemner Road, when it went off the road to the left, overturned, and landed right side up straddling the adjacent ditch.
There were four passengers on board at the time of the crash, with only minor injuries suspected.
Assisting the sheriff’s office on scene were Pemberville-Freedom Fire/EMS, Troy Township Fire/EMS, Mid County 120 EMS, Bowling Green Fire Division, Center Township Fire Department, and VJ’s Towing.
The crash is still under investigation.
