From WOOD COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting its second community car show, free to the public to attend.
The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., on the grounds of the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, 1960 E. Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green.
The annual car show requires no registration. The event will have live music from local band The Scottish Mile as well as food truck Street Tacos Toledo in attendance. The first 250 cars that arrive to participate in the car show will receive a free car show microfiber towel from the sheriff’s office.
The “Cars & Cuffs” car show features awards designed by students from Perrysburg Junior High School’s STEM classroom. The awards for different car show categories will be handed out after voting during the event.
