The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Wood County will host the fifth annual Remembrance Event on Friday, Sept. 5, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Wood County Museum’s Herb Garden, 13660 County Home Road, Bowling Green.
NAMI Wood County started the event in 2021 after dedicating a memorial bench in loving memory of Wood County individuals affected by mental illness. The event, which includes a brief program and the opportunity for reflection, serves as an intimate time to honor those who have lost their battle with mental illness.
