Dixie Avenue in Bowling Green will continue to be closed in both directions between South Main Street and Kenwood Avenue, on Sept. 15-26, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Columbia Gas will continue relocating a new main, connecting it to the existing gas main located in the middle of Dixie Avenue.
This work is part of the South Main Improvement Project and crews will proceed to construct the new curb along South Main Street once Columbia Gas’ work is complete. The closure dates are subject to change, depending on weather conditions and the progress of the work.
