Christmas can be a painful time for some. It may be the first Christmas without a beloved family member who has recently passed; it may be a time that has always been difficult.
The Bowling Green Ministerial Association and Griefshare, the local grief recovery group, invite anyone in the community who is mourning the loss of a loved one to join them the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 17, at 6:30 p.m., at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 315 S. College Drive, Bowling Green.
Through God’s work and music, those who gather can feel God’s presence and the light of Christ that shines even in the darkest days. Worshipers may light candles in memory of loved ones.
