From WOOD COUNTY ALCOHOL, DRUG ADDICTION, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
The Wood County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board has officially opened the application process for Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) service and funding allocations. Community-based providers delivering mental health and substance use services are encouraged to apply.
All agencies seeking to contract with the Board for FY27 funding must submit a completed FY27Services and Budget Proposal Form. Eligible applicants must hold a current certification from the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health. Providers without active certification are not eligible for consideration.
For FY27, the board is not seeking specific program expansion. Proposed services should align with the Board’s existing Community Plan and/or Strategic Plan, both available on the Board’s website. Requests for new programs must be supported by data demonstrating community need and should include a sustainability plan.
Each individual program must be submitted separately, including required budget and outcomes documentation. Agency-level allocations will not be considered.
All completed proposal materials are due by 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026. Providers selected to advance in the process will be invited to meet with the Board to discuss proposals beginning the week of March 2, 2026. Meeting times will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Providers are encouraged to review all application instructions and scoring criteria carefully prior to submission. Board staff are available to answer questions throughout the application period at wcadamhs@wcadamh.org or though the funding page of the Board’s website.
