Andrew David Huffman 43, of Wayne Ohio, passed away peacefully into the loving hands of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday March 13, 2026 at The Toledo Hospital. God gifted Andrew to us on August 2, 1982 – the most beautiful baby boy, with olive eyes and golden skin. He grew into an amazing man, beautiful both inside and out.
Andrew was a quiet soul and a deep thinker, always willing to share his wisdom with others. He was a father who gave love, guidance, and strength to his three beautiful children: Allison, Owen, and Oliver. He was a son any parent would be proud of.
Andrew was compassionate and generous, and kind, an extraordinary friend who touched the lives of everyone who knew him. His circle was filled with so many individuals of all ages and walks of life. He would help anyone, never expecting anything in return.
Andrew was an incredibly talented mechanic and technician. There wasn’t a problem he couldn’t solve – big or small. If Andrew was on the case, you knew there would be a positive outcome.
He also had a wicked sense of humor. Whether he was telling jokes, sharing comedic videos, or sending hilarious memes, you knew you were going to laugh so hard you couldn’t catch your breath.
Andrew’s taste in music was eclectic. His favorite was old country, but he also enjoyed ’90s metal, grunge, and heavy metal. Attending the Disturbed concert last year was one of his favorite memories.
Andrew loved go-kart racing, riding his motorcycle, remote control cars, fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Andrew was President of the Demons of Grace motorcycle club. In their words; “He wasn’t just a member, he was our President. The man who led from the front, who kept the brotherhood tight, and who reminded us what loyalty, respect and honor really meant. To us in the club, he was a brother. Not the kind you are born with, but the kind you choose. The kind who had your back no matter what road you were on, no matter how rough the ride got. The thing about a man like him is that his legacy won’t end today. It lives in the stories we tell, the lessons he left us. We will remember the laughs, the rides, the loyalty and the strength he showed every single day. Even though we wish we had more time, we are grateful for every moment we did have with him. They say the road goes on forever, and today we know he’s riding ahead of us.”
Andrew is survived by his significant other, Fannie Jewel; his children, Alyson Huffman, Owen Huffman, and Oliver Huffman; his mother, Mary (Steinmiller) Ach; and his father, Bruce (Cindy) Huffman. He is also survived by his brothers, Matthew (Brittany) Ach, Michael (Kayla) Huffman, and Daniel Ach; and his sisters, Katie Huffman and Jennifer (Chris) Whiteside.
Andrew leaves behind his beloved nephews, Stryder, Xander, Hendrix, and Lincoln, and his nieces, Ellie, Juniper, Lilli, and Sophie, along with many cousins, aunts, and uncles who will cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his beloved sister and best friend, Stephanie R. Ach; his step-sister, Heather Morrison; his maternal grandparents, Leonard and Helen Steinmiller; his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Barbara Huffman; his Aunt Jane Gensler; his uncles, Jerry Hinz and Timothy Steinmiller; and his cousins, Derrick and Jackson Steinmiller and Joshua Ach.
Though our hearts are broken by this loss, Andrew’s love, kindness, and laughter will live on in the many lives he touched. His legacy lives on through his children, his family, and the countless friends who were blessed to know him. The lessons he shared, the generosity he showed, and the joy he brought to others will never be forgotten. Andrew will always be remembered for the strength of his character, the warmth of his heart, and the quiet but powerful way he made the world a better place.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Andrew’s life at a memorial service to be held at a later date.
