Bowling Green Fourth Ward Councilmember William Herald will hold his 65th fourth ward quarterly meeting on Saturday, April 25, at 11 a.m., at the Kiwanis Memorial Shelter at City Park, southwest of the Veterans Memorial Building, 520 Conneaut Ave.
All are welcome and encouraged to attend for a general update and ample time for interaction. Refreshments will be provided.
