Following are the unofficial vote counts for local candidates in today’s primary election on Wood County ballots. There were no contested local races. The Wood County Board of Elections will meet on May 19 to certify the vote counts.
The Democratic and Republican candidates will face off in the general election on Nov. 3.

Milton Township – Renewal of 1.5 mills for five years, for general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repairs of streets, roads and bridges. Yes: 104; No: 59
Lake Township Road District – Renewal of 1 mill for five years, for general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repairs of streets, road and bridges. Yes: 532; No: 337
Northwest Wood Ambulance District – Renewal of 6 mills, increase of 0.75 mills, for three years, for 24-hour ambulance service and emergency medical services. Yes: 604; No: 363
