BG City Schools to hold public hearing on Tuesday, May 19

The Bowling Green City School District is in the process of developing the 2026-27 Title I, Title II-A Improving Teacher Quality, IDEA-B, and Title IV-A Student Support and Academic Enrichment applications.

Questions and suggestions concerning these applications should be submitted to Rachel Newell, executive director of teaching & learning and Alexandra Willibey, executive director of pupil services, at 137 Clough St.

A response hearing regarding the above submitted questions and suggestions and a brief presentation will be held at the district’s federal program public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, at 5:30 p.m., prior to the regular Board of Education meeting to be held at the Performing Arts Center, 540 W. Poe Road.

The Bowling Green Board of Education will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 19, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Performing Arts Center.
