The Bowling Green City Council Committee of the Whole will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St., to hear a financial and strategic planning update ahead of the 2020 budget preparation.
