From WOOD COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM
The creative curatorial team at the Wood County Museum wants to keep you connected all summer. We are thrilled to announce new rotating outdoor porch exhibit “Kitchen Confidential”. Originally this exhibit was featured as a period room in the Museum. Kitchen & laundry inventions give light to how people completed laundry & kitchen tasks in the past. “Kitchen Confidential” will be displayed on the Museum’s east wing porch through Friday, June 19th.
The Museum also offers three online exhibits, these are all available at woodcountyhistory.org. Also available from the website is a Wood County (non)Driving tour – 32 audio tracks, all featuring local musicians, of short narratives about some of the most interesting features or histories in our Wood County towns.
Questions can be directed to the Museum at any time by calling 419-352-0967 or email marketing@woodcountyhistory.org
As always, the grounds are a public park maintained by the Wood County Park District and are open daily 8 AM until 30 minutes past sunset. Additional information about the grounds can be found from the website or in kiosks near the parking lot and herb garden. The Wood County Museum, located at 13660 County Home Road in Bowling Green, Ohio.
